The good news is that I can join my husband in retirement in one year. The great news is that we want to live in the retirement-friendly state of Delaware. But, the best news of all is that we had the opportunity to go through this process with realtor extraordinaire, BIG BOB GREASON. Last week we knew little more than that Delaware was a tax-friendly state with quite a few beautiful beaches. During our weekend with Bob, he gave us insight into what our Delaware lifestyle could be. He lulled us into friendly conversations and really paid attention to our wants and needs. Finally, he introduced us to a few communities, all of which met our requirements and desires. During our long drive home, after visiting with Bob for only one weekend, we realized he had shown us the home and community that checked all of our boxes! We are looking forward to our life in our new Delaware home. Thanks, Bob, for all your help.
